CO-WORKERS who have completed the Induction and Foundation programmes may, in consultation with their community, embark on one of the advanced courses provided by individual communities or the UK and Ireland region as a whole.
These offer in-depth work on anthroposophical psychology and a range of topics within the specific purpose of each programme. They are run as block courses over a three-year period and involve an amount of written and assessed assignments. The course blocks are often hosted by different communities on a rotation basis.
